本プライバシーポリシーは、モバイルアプリ「NinPop!」(以下「本アプリ」)における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。
本アプリは、利用者の氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの個人を特定する情報を収集しません。利用者がアプリ内で設定した写真および録音した音声は、利用者の端末内(アプリ内ストレージ)にのみ保存され、インターネットへの送信・アップロード・外部共有は一切行いません。これらのデータはアプリを削除すると完全に消去されます。
ハイスコア、所持コイン、レベル、設定内容などのゲームの進行データは、利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。これらは外部に送信されません。
本アプリは広告配信のために Google AdMob を利用しています。AdMob は広告の表示・測定のために、広告識別子(IDFA など)や端末・利用に関する情報を取得・利用する場合があります。欧州経済領域(EEA)・英国・スイスの利用者には、アプリ起動時に同意管理ツール(Google User Messaging Platform)を通じて同意の取得を行い、同意状況に応じてパーソナライズ広告または非パーソナライズ広告を配信します。

世界ランキング機能を利用する場合、Apple Game Center にスコアおよび Apple ID のプレイヤー名・アバターのみが送信されます。本アプリのカスタムキャラの写真や名前が送信・公開されることはありません。
「広告を削除」などの購入は Apple の App Store を通じて処理されます。決済情報は Apple が取り扱い、本アプリが取得することはありません。
本アプリは一般向け(全年齢)のアプリです。配信される広告は全年齢向け(G)に制限しています。本アプリ自体が子どもから個人情報を収集することはありません。
EEA・英国等の利用者は、広告に関する同意をいつでも変更できます。アプリ内の「設定 → 広告のプライバシー設定」から再設定が可能です。データに関するお問い合わせは下記連絡先までご連絡ください。
本アプリが端末内に保存するすべてのデータ(写真・音声・進行データ)は、本アプリをアンインストールすることで完全に削除されます。

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile app "NinPop!" (the "App") handles user information.
The App does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number. Photos you set and voice recordings you make inside the App are stored only on your device (inside the App's storage) and are never transmitted, uploaded, or shared. This data is permanently deleted when you delete the App.
Game progress data such as high scores, coins, levels, and settings is stored only on your device and is not sent anywhere.
The App uses Google AdMob to serve ads. AdMob may collect and use advertising identifiers (such as the IDFA) and device/usage information to serve and measure ads. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, and Switzerland, the App gathers consent at launch via Google's User Messaging Platform and serves personalized or non-personalized ads according to the user's choice. If you use the global ranking feature, only your score and your Apple ID player name/avatar are sent to Apple Game Center. Your custom characters' photos and names are never sent or made public.
Purchases such as "Remove Ads" are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment information is handled by Apple and is not accessible to the App.
The App is a general-audience app. Served ads are limited to a General (G) content rating. The App itself does not collect personal information from children.
Users in the EEA, UK, and similar regions can change their advertising consent at any time via "Settings → Ad Privacy Settings" inside the App. For data inquiries, please contact us below.
All data the App stores on your device (photos, voice, progress) is permanently deleted when you uninstall the App.
